Second attempt at W9R3 , ran over 30 mins and was only 40 m short of the 5km ( why did I stop ??? ) . Anyway might treat myself to a small beverage this evening.๐ธ
Anyone starting out - don't give up - I struggled to complete W1R1 and thought there was no way I would ever get to this point. ( Ooh getting at bit emotional now ). Take it slow and the plan will get you there.
Now we looking forward to running when and how far I want. Feel fitter than I have in years. Think Parkrun might be my next goal.

Woohoo! It's great to see another graduate, well done! Definitely time for a celebration, you deserve it! It's nice to keep 5k as a post-grad goal so you still have something to go for over the next few weeks. Congratulations again ๐๐พ๐โโ๏ธ๐
Thatโs fantastic mellybird! Congratulations and so very close to 5k too. Yep, you certainly deserve a bevy or 2 or 3...! Hope you are wearing a big silly grin for the rest of the day!
Iโm sharing your great feeling, even now almost 24 hours later! Hey, why else would I be wide awake at 5.50am on a Saturday? I want to go running!!! ๐โโ๏ธ๐
Youโre a brilliant runner and deserve to feel emotional! Hope you enjoyed your beverage! ๐ท ๐ฅ๐๐๐ป๐๐โโ๏ธ
