Well...what can I say...

1)What a journey I have had. I would say blood, sweat and tears but by following this programme I have had no injuries, I had sulks and tantrums but no tears but there have been buckets of sweat (sorry TMI!!)

2)It's funny that we say "if I can do it, anyone can do it" but I truly mean it - I think I might have convinced my sister to do it now too!

3)You guys are all rockstars, a big shout out to Dunder2004, misswobble, Oldfloss, juju and Dhiny to name but a few..you have helped me and supported me with your wise words of encouragement. Minimaxi..you too have kept me going and it's been a pleasure running this journey with you.

4)So today...graduation day I went back to my treadmill for my final run. I was torn...out in the sunshine or the treadmill and you know what by going back on the treadmill it made me realise how far I'd come. I used to look at the screen and shout 'I can't do this'! and relived some emotions of the last 9 weeks. Today 30 steady minutes covering 4K! I have done it and achieved my goal!

Thanks for listening...I'm not going anywhere..I'm hooked now for sure and feel this forum has made all the distance.

What a day...a great day πŸ˜…

What a fabulous post (and an even more fabulous picture)! Which will be much enhanced once it has your graduate badge alongside your name ClaireyP25 😊

Huge CONGRATULATIONS on completing c25k. It's an awesome achievement.

Obviously, you are not allowed to slink away without being cheered and clapped 'til you need earplugs. We have crates of the bubbly stuff with your name on, tiffin, buns and cake to die for. Get your party gear on...

Thanks McFitty - I love your colourful replies to those who achieve it.

I just don't know how to get my badge on my profile :-(

Going out tomorrow for my post graduate run which will be very strange but will be running because I want to so that is progress in itself :-)

I'm on my phone rather than my tablet ClaireyP25 so I can't see the links in blue at the side. You need to click on the link that says March graduate badges (or similar) and leave your username there. There's also a post around saying 'get your March graduation badges here'. Sorry, not being much help am I! Have a look through the pinned posts at the side, it's there somewhere😊
