So it's the final week and the temperature is dropping, thought this would make my early morning runs easier but I really struggled this morning! The wind was quite strong and cold that it made my lungs feel like they was about to explode through my chest! As I have to breathe though my mouth it seems extra cold! Does anyone have an ideas that would help? 2 runs until graduation and never thought I would get this far!

You could try breathing through a scarf to counter the coldness. Personally i run way better in the cold. 5-15degrees is the best for me. I struggle to breathe in the heat

Thanks, hadn't thought of that. I run at 5.30am so the heat hasn't really affected me too much.
