Well after taking the time off to get over my cold, I went for it . Set off thought I'd take it nice and slow, and soon was in a really good rhythm. Happy I kept on running. Got half way felt amazing, just keep going. BUT, got to 28 minutes and I nearly stopped, I kept going but it felt like never before even worse than at the end of week 1 run1. But I was NOT going to stop, kept going and when she said I'd finished I could have cried. Next run will be better, I hope.
Really shouldn't be so tuff on myself, I have been ill after all. ππ·π¬ππ

Colds can really knock your respiration for six, just take care and if 28 minutes felt good then give yourself a pat on the back as that is amazing in itself!
