Well after taking the time off to get over my cold, I went for it . Set off thought I'd take it nice and slow, and soon was in a really good rhythm. Happy I kept on running. Got half way felt amazing, just keep going. BUT, got to 28 minutes and I nearly stopped, I kept going but it felt like never before even worse than at the end of week 1 run1. But I was NOT going to stop, kept going and when she said I'd finished I could have cried. Next run will be better, I hope.

Really shouldn't be so tuff on myself, I have been ill after all. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜·πŸ˜¬πŸƒπŸ‘ƒ

Well done you for keeping going. After a bad cold I always ease myself back in - but you went for it and completed. It will be easier next time!

Well done for getting out there, at least you'll know next 2 times (the last 2 times!!) that you can definitely do the 30 minutes :)

Colds can really knock your respiration for six, just take care and if 28 minutes felt good then give yourself a pat on the back as that is amazing in itself!
