That was surprisingly enjoyable and much easier than I thought it would be after the last run. My knee was fine and I could have kept running if I'd had to. 2 runs to graduate ❤

Well done Sarah glad that knee niggle has behaved 👍 graduation is almost there 🥳
I know its crazy when you look back and think I can remember being worried about the leap to 5 minutes. 30 minutes seemed impossible and here I am enjoying it.
Congratulations Sarah, your on your way to the final R2 and R3 the big one. You may feel a little sad smothered with delight and say “ I did it”...... YES
Remember ....We will all be cheering for you as you cross the final line , whether it’s 30 minutes or 5K 🐾
Your on you way , two runs and you will graduate . I now have the STAVA app . It informs when I arrive at every .5 K as I’m plodding along , it also gives me my time and pace per K . I have been testing out a music podcast . I started with 126
BPM , it was too slow and now have 148 BPM. It has helped me keep to a steady pace . I’m looking forward to congratulating you in a few days 🐾
Thank you yes it's really useful to have Strava. I didn't get out today, I've hurt my back, probably at the allotment. Walking was uncomfortable today so I didn't risk running. I'm hoping by tomorrow tea time it will have eased up so I can get out.
