Wow I’ve just done my first 30 min non stop run and feel great. I knew I could do it and everything seems to be coming together, just need to start of slower then build it up to control my breathing. I feel fantastic and never thought for one minute that 9 weeks ago I would ever be able to do anything like this.

Only 1 run ahead of you Kyliem, feel exactly the same - planning on doing the Final W9R3 run on Thursday but may succumb to going out tomorrow 😉

I’m going away on Thursday early evening for a long weekend and I’m hoping I can do another run tomorrow morning then my final run Thursday afternoon before I go. Then I can go away on a high! Otherwise I’ll try and do my last run in sunny Spain 🇪🇸

Ooooo don’t push it too fast, they recommend you always have your rest day or 2 otherwise you may injure yourself. You don’t want to ruin your hols. Go for your final run on holiday, nice and early 😎 have a nice one

Hi Astra have you graduated? I was meant to be going away Thursday but my flight was cancelled so back home and hoping to graduate tomorrow... will definitely like to try and do the 5k run in the sun though ☀️

Yes, graduated Tuesday 🥳 - that run was ace but did another yesterday and found last 10 mins of the 30 tough. 1st 20 mins was a breeze mind you, could not have said that a few weeks ago 🤐

Good luck with yours 😎🏃‍♂️

It’s an amazing feeling. 9 weeks ago I couldn’t run for more than 2 mins now to be able to run for 30 mins gives me such a buzz. Keep going you can do it.
