Well done !Just 1 hour to the finishing line !
(Or is it the starting post 🤔😁)
Well done it’s a really good feeling isn’t it - only 2 more to do and you’ve graduated 👏🏻👏🏻
Well done. You’ve almost cracked it, only another two runs to go. Hopefully the heatwave will be over by that time and you could venture outdoors. Happy 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done!!👍👍👏👏 Only 2 more 30 minuters to go...... & for those, you know you got it in you cos you've done it already!!! Graduation beckons. Remember to stay hydrated in this heat. Take care 👍👍
Congratulations, oooh you're so nearly there!! Woo well done!!! 🏃♀️👍💪
Thankyou I’m going to do it watch this space lol
Good for you 😁 You're nearly there Woo hoo!!
Hiya and well done you! I quite understand the ‘can’t believe it' bit. I graduated a while back and ran for 40 minutes last week and I can't believe it! Good luck with the rest of your week and from there onwards!
Congratulations. I had to run on a treadmill as part of my physio and found it an unpleasant experience. I managed a few mins after which I felt dizzy and had to sit down. So much for thinking I was going to impress 😁
Hi oh that’s not good I do ok , gets abit boring but I just zone out and think of other things lol
I think it requires a level of skill I do not have. I have had a number of health issues over the last 10 months and just been diagnosed with another so I am sure it is all related. I am used to exercising outdoors so being indoors clearly did not agree with me. I used to zone out running on a circular track but on pavements with nettles and through villages I have enough to keep me on my toes 😁
Oh I’m sorry to hear that, I started on the treadmill so got use to it I suppose, lol I know when outside u need eyes in the back of your head lol
Thank you and it has been a hell of a ride and I have the scars to prove it 😀. I think it requires different skills as I have a long stride but found my knees coming up much higher on the treadmill as I could not stride. Where I am now although reasonably sleepy villages there always seems to be objects to navigate. I am still not cleared to drive so limited at the current time but I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
