Sure you can! If you finished all the runs in week 1 you're ready for week 2. You'll be fine - believe me, I struggled with week 1 but am halfway through week 4 now and the programme seems to work at building you up so you're ready for the next step. Keep at it, you'll do great x
As you just completed week one, you can do week 2! 8 minutes running goes up to 9, ok so the individual runs get 30 seconds longer, but you are stronger than at the start of W1R1. Believe in yourself and trust in the plan... allow the new you to surprise the old one.
You really can! Every single run from week 1 I have doubted myself, and every time ( Bar one which I repeated) I have surprised myself, if I can you can, the plan works, it’s magic !!
