W1 completed for me as well. Did not feel up to it this morning but eventually motivated myself and glad I did as R3 was not as bad as I had feared.

Just shows me that the dread of the run can be worse than the run itself. The feeling of achieving something at the end outweighed the dread though.

I just have to remind myself of that before I start W2 R1 next week!

Week three was worse for me. I actually HATED that week. Suits me right for picking a stupid route!

Well done! I completed W1 this evening, too. Didn't want to go out & run in the cold, but the reality wasn't half as bad as I thought. Good luck with W2 - you can do it!

Yes, it's easy to over-think the runs instead of just going out and doing them. I was not looking forward to my last run but then really enjoyed it. Can't wait for the next one now.

It does - not so easy in practice (I'm sat here thinking about how on EARTH I'm going to run for 10 minutes straight, let alone 30!!).

I always found an attitude of 'im gonna show you're to my inner gremlins helped. That and shouting them down as the run went on (in my head, I'm not a psycho!) Helped.
