Well done! I completed W1 this evening, too. Didn't want to go out & run in the cold, but the reality wasn't half as bad as I thought. Good luck with W2 - you can do it!
Yes, it's easy to over-think the runs instead of just going out and doing them. I was not looking forward to my last run but then really enjoyed it. Can't wait for the next one now.
I always found an attitude of 'im gonna show you're to my inner gremlins helped. That and shouting them down as the run went on (in my head, I'm not a psycho!) Helped.
