Unbelievably I was actually looking forward to the third run of my first week which I completed yesterday. Even though it was very warm I felt that I managed the running sections better, well definitely the first three or four. It hurt a bit on my ankle but not much. That is until about an hour later. My outside ankle bone is tender to touch and aching causing me to limp. Not any better today 🤦🏻♀️. Hopefully it will have cleared up b4 my next run on Sunday (NOT the London marathon)...

Well done for completing W1 - I am surprised at how excited I am about running W1R3 on Sunday morning - keep at it, we're doing great

Try ice 3 times a day for 20 mins plus elevate it and take ibuprofen 👍🏽 I’ve had knee issues too but have come through it and you will too. Something slightly sadistically pleasing about having a ‘sports injury’ 😂
