Graduation

On holiday so it’s a bit more difficult to get the runs in. However I did the last of the C25K on the sand at Studland Bay Dorset. Hot day with full sunshine. Ran in swimmers (it’s a naturist beach but I didn’t want to wobble too much) and then straight into the water for a swim. Perfect.

Did it again today in Baiter Park with a swim afterwards. Really warm.
