After feeling unwell and low of energy, I had to take a week or so off running but completed week 3 yesterday and ready to embrace week 4

Sounds like you’ve done the right thing to have a break. That will set you up nicely for week 4. 😁

I’m hopefully finishing week 4 on Sunday.

Well done Katebounce 👍👍 I made a complete mess of week 3 so took a day or two rest and now I have finished week 4 in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Slow and steady is the way forward. 😆😆 have fun 😆😆
