Back out there this morning. Been off for about a week with back problem. So started back at week 6 run 1. Felt alot easier doing it this time than last week. Its amazing how much fitting you can become in a week with constant running and encouragement from the amazing C2k crew. Thanks everyone for getting me back out there. Four weeks to graduation hopefully!!!
