After a two week break from running which included a week in Scotland, hill walking (and mountain climbing) it was time to get back on the plan today. Opted to pick up where I left off so today it was W5 R2. It actually felt quite comfortable, so all those hills must have helped with the puff and leg strength. Next up the 20 minute run, looking forward to it!

I missed your return... sorry! Well done you and what a lovely place to run! No midges?

See, I tell folks that hills make you a stronger runner... and you are proof of that! :)
