So been a busy week, but I am pleased to announce that Week 7 has been completed *Fist Pump* :). I decided to take a 2 day rest between the last run and it helped as I felt really good about Run 3. Tomorrow I begin Week 8 and I feel confident I can run the extra 3 mins. I will let you know how it goes.....so enjoying C25K app and Micheal Johnson's encouragement.
