I just completed Week 6 run 3...I can't believe Michael Johnson officially called me a Runner ๐คฉ! I was dreading the 25 mins non stop but stuck to a good pace with intervals of a little faster and slower. A couple of uphills that couldn't be avoided.
I'm looking at this run to help me build into week 7.....three runs of 25 mins. Wish me luck ๐ค

Congrats! I've been looking ahead and the thought of jumping from 2 to 20 minutes of running by the end of August seems like total nuts to me!

I have him as my trainer too, and Iโm always talking to him and answering his questions!! When he told me I was a runner I actually thanked him!! ๐

So been a busy week, but I am pleased to announce that Week 7 has been completed *Fist Pump* :). I decided to take a 2 day rest between the last run and it helped as I felt really good about Run 3. Tomorrow I begin Week 8 and I feel confident I can run the extra 3 mins. I will let you know how it goes.....so enjoying C25K app and Micheal Johnson's encouragement.
