I just completed Week 6 run 3...I can't believe Michael Johnson officially called me a Runner ๐คฉ! I was dreading the 25 mins non stop but stuck to a good pace with intervals of a little faster and slower. A couple of uphills that couldn't be avoided.
I'm looking at this run to help me build into week 7.....three runs of 25 mins. Wish me luck ๐ค
