just ran 2.6 miles in 25 mins and felt really good. Start week 7 after a days rest tomorrow and then back on the programme wednesday.. was also good to hear laura say your officially a runner now. What a journey cant believe im running non stop for 25 mins... so i gave myself a huge challenge by signing up to do the bristol half marathon sept 2017..i know long way off but its a challenge and a goal to look forward to im also down to 13 stone 6 from 15 stone 3 so almost 2 stone lighter everything is going in the right direction for me and i feel really happy to have started the programme best thing i ever done.

Well done....I'm just a week behind you and getting the same buzz from the running. Like you this is the best thing I've ever done, I really wish I had discovered it sooner...but I guess better late than never. I never thought I would say this....but I'm definitely getting addicted to the running. The 20 min run at the end of last week (week 6), gave me such a high, I actually ran it again last night instead of starting week 7...and it was easier!

Wow that is a great goal. Well done for your dedication, weight loss, running & inspiring us all I start week7 run 1 Thursday but I'm a lot slower only 1.8mls in the 25mins but never thought I'd get this far so a bonus๐keep up the good work ๐
it doesnt matter about being slower honestly, im probably slower than a lot on here too but the most important thing is we did it So keep it going your doing magnificent were both in week 7... big pat on our backs for sticking at it and making it
