Just back from my first 25 Min run and I’m delighted. I struggled through run 3 of week 5 and didn’t get the high everyone else seemed to get when I finished it. Then had been finding week 6 tough- was beginning to feel deflated and thought maybe running wasn’t for me. However tonight I managed to run for 25 mins and felt good. Don’t get me wrong there were moments that were tough but on the whole I enjoyed it and I am now looking forward and feeling positive about week 7. Was buzzing when Michael said I am now a runner 🏃♀️

This is so good to hear! I Staggered through w5r3 on Monday and wasn’t sure whether to continue to w6 yesterday but ran much further/faster than ever before so really feeling good now! Hoping 25mins isn’t such a struggle at the end of this week...! 💁🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️👍🏻
