Yay, another milestone reached!! I'd say, use the same technique you used for the 20 minute run. I'd speed up the warm up walk and then slow down the run. Pace yourself and find your rhythm. Good luck, you can do it! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ

I did it this morning, and had been dreading it all week - but I did it!! (Passed by several snails but who cares!). Keep to your own pace and slow down if you need to. I'm not concerning myself with the distance covered at the moment, just making it to the end is enough. Keep going πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

A long long time ago I went out for a ride on my newly acquired horse. He took off with me. I had a hell of a job to slow him down and in the end circled him to make him stop. When I got home, very shaken and wondering if I'd made a big mistake buying him I told my husband all about it. He said.....you've done it once so you can do it again! So.... good luck with your run tonight, you'll smash it - you know you will!

What time are you going?

try and not think about the extra 5 minutes, just take it slow and you can do it! you'll surprise yourself I promise - I'm on week 8 and just did 28 minutes, couldn't believe it! congratulations on what you've achieved so far!

I did it this morning! Strangely it was about the 8 minute mark I suddenly got tired then it passed and suddenly I’d hit 20 minutes. 5 minutes felt do able and when he said 60 seconds left I couldn’t believe it! Super slow but it counts! You can do it! You’ll feel amazing after too!

I did it last week - didn’t feel too bad, the apprehension was worse than the reality! First ten mins is still the worst, after that I do settle down mostly....You can do this!

This is known to us runners as the toxic 10. I believe it is the time it takes for your heart to realise you are running and then for your bloodstream to pump around to those running muscles. Something like that anyway. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Enjoy the run, it does help if you can start off at a slow steady pace . Your after increasing your nonstop jog/ run. Which you have been doing already !

There’s no stopping you now :) run free πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
