I am in week 6 run 2 . Yesterday I had pain in my shin . I was quite worried that I couldn't run . But in the night my daughter gave me a good massage. Today no pain at all . I was trilled. And did my run faster and feeling amazing. I can't wait for next run . ❤️❤️❤️❤️ . My birthday today ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
