Pleased to get another 5k under my belt and the times are slowly improving. Aiming for my first ParkRun this weekend.

The C25K programme really works and the help, support and advice from you guys is immense 👍🏻

Thanks 😊. I had a wander down to the local ParkRun on Saturday just to check the course out and cheer on a couple of friends. Great friendly atmosphere 👍🏻

It is 😃. Lovely, fun thing to do 🙂. I want my husband to come with me but he thinks it’s a race🙄
