Hi guys forgot to post this yesterday did a 2 nd graduation run to see exactly how long it took for 5 k and it was 35.17 it's probably really slow snail pace to you guys but I felt on top of the world lol πŸ˜‚ just going to concentrate on getting a better time & distance now for a few weeks to build up on everything

Sounds like you had a fantastic run yesterday, and a good time too. Now is the time to just consolidate all that good running and get some 5ks under your belt so that you feel comfortable with the distance. Then you can start to push your pace or increase the distance. You could also try using the C25K+ podcasts. They are a bit Marmitey - some people love them, some hate them. My bΓͺte noire is the Speed podcast, which I use occasionally when I’m trying to improve my time. For a while used it once a week, it’s interval training and a shorter duration, so great for days when you only have a limited time.

Enjoy building up those running legs. Happy running. πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ
