Did my 2nd postgraduate run this morning. The weather was lovely and cool and made the run very enjoyable. I managed to increase distance and pace (4.13 kilometres pace 7.17 Garmin). I will keep up these 30 minute runs for a few weeks. No pressure, I’m enjoying my running. 😊

Well done. Same here. I was in a rush to get to 10k but am consolidating now. And am doing 7min/Kms which is a big improvement for me!
