Week 4 run 2 still in morocco

Well i started brisk walk by the sea feeling very confident and as i progressed to the jogging part i made my way round the exquisite grounds of the hotel.

I also learnt an important lesson....being on the fone and jogging do not marry well!!

Youngest daughter called from melbourne where she is for ten days so couldnt say call later but i just wasnt focussed enough on the jogging plus getting breathless...wont be doing that again!🙄

Hahaha, I know what you mean. I’ve ignored phone calls from my family whilst out running. I know it wouldn’t end well!
