Well I did it, I was filled with dread at the thought of it, but it was easier than I expected. After so long I cannot believe I have been out running/jogging/walking 4 times. I don't think I could do it without the motivation of this site though. Thank you one and all xxx

Well done! A bit of a motivation for me because I'm worried about the wk2 increase in run time. Fingers crossed!
To be honest, before I went out I could have described my mood (and face) as putrid. But it wasn't as bad as expected. It's almost as if the bossy lady who tells me what to do on the app knows me. I had just got to the point where I thought 'I cannot do any more' and then she told me to start my cool down walk. I was quite far away from where I needed to be, so ended up doing a long walk. Honestly, if I can do it anyone can......and I got a little bit of a smug feeling when I was walking past houses with the inhabitants sitting watching tv, is that horrible of me?
