...just completed W2R3 :-) -Still sounding like a dodgy boiler during the runs. I'm just about getting my breath back during recovery...need to find a more consistent pace.

The tip about landing with the heels made a huge difference to my niggly knee (if only to bring my awareness to my footfalls).

-The weather has been lovely although I was grateful for the breeze on R2 lol

Just trying to enjoy the journey :-)

Good job. Changing what your feet do took some concentration and effort. Your body had to adapt to that too, so there’s more reason to celebrate beating this week. Enjoy week 3

Well done. You're doing really well. I found the early week runs similar to you. If you're out of breath when you start the walking recovery interval it means that you were going too fast, so try slowing it down. As you progress you'll find your strength and stamina increase naturally. Just follow the plan, be patient and you'll get there!
