well that's was the 3rd run of week 2 and far less windy this time. Really quite pleased with myself considering my bad start just 2 weeks ago.
On to week 3 on Saturday. Trying not to think too much about the 3 minute run...just going to believe the plan will get me there, after all its got me to 60 seconds and 90 seconds so far!

Yes, I found the 3 minutes to be much easier than the 90 seconds! It felt like forever... but was somehow better? Easier to get into a slower pace I feel like!
