I've just completed week 2 and I'm quite happy with myself. Although I'm still tired out by the end of each running part I feel like I'm recovering better during the walking. Week 3 is looking a bit intimidating but I'll just have to see how it goes on Wednesday πππββοΈ

Well done HobbitRob, that's exactly how I felt too. The recovery walks were working better and better for me as the plan progressed. Just try to keep the brisk walk going briskly because it's an important part of the plan.
Trust in the plan, week 3 will work for you as well

I think that nearly all of us felt intimidated by each weeks increase but almost universally we have been surprised by our ability to do it. Itβs a wonderful program that really works. The first few weeks are about building stamina so if you feel tired then all you have to do is slow down π Howβs your week 3 going?
