I had 2 running tops, 2 pairs of running leggings, a thin waterproof jacket and a pair of gloves so I was well prepared for the weather. It was very cold this morning but once I got going I did warm up a little although not my fingers. They froze and went numb so it was difficult to end my run at the right time on my Garmin as the watch wouldn't register my tapping on the screen. This morning I decided to record just the run on my Garmin after reading other posts about it on here, instead of including the warm up and cool down walks as well.
My right knee was aching a little bit but it wore off during the run.
When I finish C25K I'm going to buy a pair of new trainers and that might be a good time to get a gait analysis done, if only for peace of mind.
