Just completed Wk2 run 3 this morning. Cold and frosty but it felt good. Slightly apprehensive of progressing to a 3 minute run on my next time out :/ but I'll try not to think too much about it and do as Laura tells me!

Trust the programme - it works! Just believe you can do it and take your time. Good luck with W3☺.

Well done you... conditions where I am make it impossible to run:(

Good luck with your next runs! :)

Really hoping the snow stays away, I don't want anything to get in the way of my progress!

I'm sure it will...:)

I only had a frosty/ light snow run before Christmas... didn't enjoy it too much so would not risk again; but I had lots and lots of rainy runs....!!!

Hardly anything about will stop you when you get going...main thing is slow and steady, and enjoy!

Well done you! I thought the first two weeks were the most difficult so you're over the worst part now.

Trust Laura. She knows what she's talking about.

Like others are saying you've done the hard part by getting out there and doing something. I know you have to look ahead but don't worry about it, you will not believe how your body will adapt. Just look around the forum to hear people saying how they didn't expect to go from 1 minute intervals to 30 minute runs in 9 "weeks". It doesn't matter whether it's 9 weeks or more just go with it, it works.

All the best for w3 and it won't be long before you're running non stop. It's crazy ridiculous!

Good luck tonight. Let us know how you get on. My first Wk3 will be in the morning or tomorrow eve depending when the hubby gets back from nightshift.
