After my wobble last week I am proud to announce I managed the full 20 mins this morning! Thank so much everyone who left me lovely comments last week. They really helped. My pace was the same (as slow a jog as I could manage without it becoming a walk again) but I listened to a much slower paced playlist (Nick Cave featured heavily) which I think mentally relaxed me and from the halfway point I kept reminding myself that if I wasn’t dead or broke I should keep going - wise words!

Thanks everyone! I definitely feel like I won a battle this morning with the mental demons and feel back on track again. I kind of just kept telling myself, just run for three more minutes, and then another three and another and then it was suddenly time to walk again. And best of all, now I’ve started the week with a massive smile on my face!
