I have been dreading this run all week having made the mistake of looking ahead to see what was in store, no way i thought I could do 20 mins! But I made It!! I am so pleased! Changed my route so i had different views, plugged my earphones in and off I went! Makes me think I might actually complete this and graduate after all! Bring on week 6!

Great achievement!! I agree that the jump in week 5 is intimidating - it was the first time that I really had to challenge myself mentally. But now you've done it, there should be no stopping you!
