i started week two run one!!!!! My breathing is deeper and pains subsiding from my first week. It took me about three weeks to get through week one I think. So do not be discouraged. Keep going beginners. I am super excited. Stretching now and then weights and yoga. Have a peaceful Sunday all my friends!!!!!

Well done! I’ve just done w2r1 and it’s not easy especially in this heat!!! I need help with the breathing.. I can’t get into a Decent rhythm with my breathing.. with have a google and see what that says and give it a go!
What a positive post ! I had to repeat runs , i think that is ok as you then know you are ready for next level . I am not in a hurry . Just go at your pace ...run as slow as you need to and keep doing it until that run is easy . Go you 😀
