Well what can I say I underestimated myself! I was thinking I could barely make the 60 second run in week one. I won’t be able to run for 90 seconds! But...

Week two run one has just been completed!!! I’m actually in shock at the fact I not only did it but I sort of kind of enjoyed it!!! My daughter was on her bike and she was giving me encouragement!!

If I can do this anyone can do this!!!!

Well done me!!!! 😂 🏆

Listen up though 😃. Go steady ☝️ It is oh so easy to get carried away, go

too quick for our fresh running legs, and hurt ourselves. So the mantra is slow and steady. We always want to be ready for the next session so take care 😃

It’s amazing isn’t it! I’m on W3 and that’s 3 minute runs, I never imagined I could do 3 min runs but I am doing it and I am enjoying it too. I huff and puff at times, but that’s ok too, I’m being kind to myself. Let’s hope this momentum continues.

I just kept thinking she will tell me to stop in a min 😆 and I’m really competitive so I didn’t want to let myself down and fail 🤔😉😏
