Well what can I say I underestimated myself! I was thinking I could barely make the 60 second run in week one. I won’t be able to run for 90 seconds! But...
Week two run one has just been completed!!! I’m actually in shock at the fact I not only did it but I sort of kind of enjoyed it!!! My daughter was on her bike and she was giving me encouragement!!
If I can do this anyone can do this!!!!

It’s amazing isn’t it! I’m on W3 and that’s 3 minute runs, I never imagined I could do 3 min runs but I am doing it and I am enjoying it too. I huff and puff at times, but that’s ok too, I’m being kind to myself. Let’s hope this momentum continues.
