Well having completed week 1 on Friday i was feeling confident going into week after 2 days rest over the weekend. How hard can it be its only an extra 30 seconds running? My calves felt like they were on fire by the end but i'm pleased to say i ran each section and my recovery seemed quite quick which was unexpected.Bring on wednesday for run 2. :)

You're doing great Willy, you're getting stronger with each run hence the unexpectedly rapid recovery. Stick with Laura, she knows what she's doing.

Great job! You will get there... isn't it funny that we all think the same thing.. "how can I run for 30 whole minutes non stop?!" But we do, and you will :-D

Happy running

Well done, remember this, and then in a couple of weeks look back and feel proud how far you've come when you find that distance very manageable :-)

Well done, I remember my lungs burning as i started. Just finished w9r1. You can do it. I run passed places i used to aim to get to with ease and can't believe it! Stick with it and keep going and each week you will astound and amaze yourself.

Day 2 completed.Really happy as i usually run with my daughter but tonight she didn't come due to having sore shins and didn't want to make them worse so i took a deep breath and went solo when it would have been easier to wait for my daughter.I completed all sections and my calf's felt fine my knees ache as usual so all is good.
