Wahey! I thought "gosh that's early" before remembering you're in a different time zone What will you do with your non-running day?
well.....i am up early every day. I quit smoking five weeks ago. I have started gaining weight like crazy. I am 5'2" and have weighed 95 lbs for about twenty years. I niw weigh 116 lbs and i am freaking out. I am going to run two days in a row. i am itching to lose this weight. Most likely i will only speed walk. I won't do an entire run. But i like to be out looking at gardens. I will take a photo for you!!!
Aw!
I have to urge caution - you're very keen to run but it's not worth the increased injury risk as a new runner, of doing consecutive days. Your plan of speed walking sounds great! I've been told that it burns a similar amount of calories. I don't know why you're gaining weight but with the running, I find it's given me the mental fortitude to do other things like not snack unnecessarily! Good luck and keep posting
Well done 👍🏻 keep at it and keep us updated 🏃🏽♀️

Well done Tabatha! Keep up the good work. Just remember to take it very slow and have a rest day inbetween your runs. I am an ex-smoker, so I understand the effects of stopping, but it does pass. Be patient with yourself, take it very slowly and enjoy your runs. ❤️
