Well done how did you feel after? I did my w1r2 today too but my wireless headphones didn’t arrive in time for my run. Can’t wait to try them on Thursday!

I felt great but a little chesty as I’ve got a cold coming on but it was so much freer running in wireless headphones. I’ve had bone conductors but they hurt my head. Well done on you’re run how was it. I guess we’ll be doing on about the same days.

I completed R2W1 on Monday. My legs are so stiff today, Tuesday. R3 will probably be Thursday. What sort of gaps do fellow runners leave?

I did Sunday and today and then I’ll do Thursday. Then I’ll probably do week two from Monday as I’m parkrunning and getting my friend out on her week one run on Sunday. I’m doing this a bit back to front as I’ve done two marathons but I normally Jeff 30:30 so I’m challenging myself to run 30 minutes solid. So I don’t really get stiff legs but I remember hardly being able to walk the first time I tried couch to 5K

Glad I could help but thank you too. Being accountable was positive motivation for me also. Good to hear you enjoyed this evening run. Well done, one more run on Thursday to complete Week 1.

That’s it I did it 👍Week 1 done ✅ Took me awhile to get out of bed but worth the effort. Ran an old route through local ancient woodland with the 🐕. He’s 12yr old Parsons Jack Russell mongrel. He runs on ahead then looks round to ensure I’m still following! Needed the brisk walk to warm up as chilly 🥶 start. Have big work meeting this afternoon and now feeling alert & upbeat. Good luck with your run this evening 😎👍

Brilliant sounds like you have a lovely route to follow my dogs would be off never to be seen again if I took them running with me ❤️

He’s disappeared a few times, tends to do it as nearing completion of run to maximise level of annoyance 🤬. I keep an eye on him now & recognise the signs. Aside from that he’s a good running companion 😊
