Week one run Two

Week one run two completed outside. I decided to try and cover my mouth when running so that I’m not breathing in as much cold air. Well I noticed a difference! My asthma wasn’t as bad and I wasn’t wheezing as much 🙂

Onwards and upwards

Run 3 will be on the treadmill at the gym 🙂

Good stuff.

How did you find the run compared to R1?

Great running and you've found something that works to help your breathing. Win win. Well done you 😊

Yes, you'll find this a huge boon as it gets colder. As your chest adapts to the cold you can usually uncover after a mile or so but it always helps to start out that way 👍🏻😁
