So I started! I managed one foot in front of the other for the full 30 mins and completed day one! I must admit it wasn't as easy going as I thought it would be, although think I need to slow down a bit.
I'm quite bottom heavy and at times it felt as though my fat legs were more like lead weights! Anyway pleased to have got going and look forward to run two.........
(I won't post after every run lol)

One foot in front of the other is the way to go. Before graduation, after graduation.......forever. Its what we all do. My legs are like two concrete towers, but it doesn't matter. I just keep plodding along. Don't worry, you're doing just fine.
