Thank you so much for all of your helpful advice yesterday! I am surprised how much easier I found this run today,I took it slower and felt great about it! Slightly nervous about starting week 2 after my final run. Here’s a little photo of my new running trainers and a very wet running path!

Don't be nervous. The plan is proven successful by millions. You can't fail unless you give up and return to the couch.

Each run helps your body adapt and be ready for the next one. Believe in the plan and have faith in yourself, because you are going to amaze yourself with your own abilities.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I had the same feelings on my run 2 also. You will start feeling that is is easier. Trust in the plan. Only good things will happen to your body as well as your mind. All the best! :)
