Have you seen my mojo?

W9R2 today once I’ve taken grandchildren to school. Should be buzzing but I’m not. Is it something to do with nearing the end? Feeling very flat 🙁

I felt like this around W8, for me I think it was just one of those days ~ but for you it could be that you're nearing the end of the programme, although this is also the beginning of something huge! Advice from Oldfloss to me at the time was that my mojo was in my runnng shoes; and she was right! So get out there and the buzz will return 🐝🐝🐝

I felt a bit blah from about week 7. I think that it was because it had become all a bit samey. Dig deep, find your last run. Afterwards you will feel delighted that you stuck with it. After W9R3 you will be free to run to your own schedule if you want to, you will be able to add some variety.

Good luck for your final run, make sure that you enjoy it especially at the end.

Thank you. Maybe I’ll tackle that hill (it’s a gradual slope really!). I can’t stop now - I told everyone I was doing this precisely for this reason. Update to follow . .

try it! If it gets too hard just chuck a U turn and head back down :-)

Did it. Including the hillcline! The ‘down’ was on the way out unfortunately so it was all or nothing. Was very slow once I’d struggled up again but I kept moving and picked it back up. All 3 runs since I got my Garmin are coming in very close to 4K so happy that it’s slow but steady. Thanks again.

Well done, we will make a mountain goat out of you yet!

Hills are fun and weird, as I approach I think 'oh hec, I'll never get up that', then when I get to the top I am just so pleased that I did it.

Good luck in your final run.

Don’t feel too sorry for me. Garmin said the elevation gain was 20m! Cheers
