So it turned out that my plan for running yesterday morning was scuppered. The plan was to get home from my night shift and go straight for a run ...... finishing my 12 hour shift an hour and a half late not only meant that it was getting too hot to run but that I resembled something from the living dead!
No matter I was up with the lark this morning and got out there and ran by best split yet so pretty chuffed with that.
Well done. I’m at the same stage as you! Can’t believe there’s only 4 runs to go until we graduate 🎓 it’s been tough in this heat but hopefully it’ll be cooler by the final run 🏃🏼♀️
