All done and dusted. I wasnβt going to run until tomorrow morning (before work) but after a (Β£350) MOT bill I felt the need to run off some annoyance! Glad to say it worked too!π
If all goes to plan, I will graduate two weeks today π
Ha, love it! You know you have the bug when frustration = go run. I take it you've got some things on that push it to 2 weeks (or my maths is very bad, because I get you there much quicker?!?), hope they're fun at least!
Hi. Some weeks I can only get out twice due to work/family commitments. Also, I fell on my ankle and knee back in W4 so running every 3 days has suited me most of the time (means I really look forward to the runs tooπ)
Thankyou. It really does pass one run at a time (with repeats if necessary) I canβt believe where you and your wife are?!... doesnβt seem five minutes since your pre-runsβΊοΈ
