I did R1 on Monday then set my alarm for 5.30am Thursday morning to do R2. Got to the park at 6am in the pitch black with my bf and started my 5 min warm up only to notice him limping. His foot from a previous injury last year had been playing up but he hadn’t told me because I asked him to support me and get me through these 9 weeks and he didn’t want to let me down. I felt so bad that I insisted on going home and not continue with the run. Deep down I was gutted and felt out of sync all day yesterday wondering if I was gonna be able to complete my final 2 weeks but knew he’d do more damage running on it. Then we came up with a fab idea...... So, just got back from R2 and felt fantastic while my amazing man cycled beside me. This girl is gonna graduate next week no matter what!!! 💪💪💪

Thanks buddy. I’m not sure if it was because I had a few days break or just because I’m getting a little fitter each run but I really enjoyed tonight’s run and hit a couple of pbs on strava too so happy days! Thanks for all your encouragement 🤗

Thanks Al. I’ve had so much inspiration from you guys. I’m hoping there is a forum for post graduates too?? Of course I’ll be supporting on here also. I never look at boring, same old face book anymore now I have this community on here. Thank you again 🤗

Is there a bridge to 10k forum? As that’s my next goal

Once you graduate from C25K there are several 30 minute consolidation runs, after that if you wish you can try the three +C25K Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura, pace, speed and stamina, after that you could try Ju Ju's Bridge to 10K podcasts if you want to run a 10K.

You can the Bridge to 10 k forum any time, even during your C25K.

Looking forward to your completing the program.

Now that’s love... he was willing to go through pain to support you, and you weren’t gonna let him. That’s bigger than anything that run being 6am could have possibly given you. Keep that fella on that bike and enjoy closing this plan out!
