I was laid up in bed for two days last week so only managed W8R1. I felt 100% again this morning and it it's beautiful weather here so went out and did the 2nd run and it went well. I had been a bit apprehensive as I hadn't run for a whole week but no problems at all! :)

I failed run 1 of week 8 but nailed it second time, failed run 2 so took a few days off and nailed it this morning, ok I was smiling cos Ozzy had just announced a tour but I’ll use anything I can for motivation.

Glad you are feeling better. You did well to go from being laid up in bed to running for 28 mins in the space of a week.

Only a few more runs to go, you can do it.

Good job! A week is a good break, many runners take a week off every now and then. The first half you’re still repairing and there’s something about missing it for a few days that makes you love it when it’s back.
