I did my first 30 min run tonight at the gym and it felt relatively easy. So pleased. Had my other half running next to me too, which was really nice. I usually go in the ladies section but wanted him to see how long I can run now 😁

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ You did yourself proud! 😁 It feels like a minor miracle when you first run for 30 minutes, doesn’t it?! Congratulations! x

Great stuff, now you have done the 30 mins, you know you can get to the end of the programme, glad you found it relatively easy too, don’t be tempted to push harder in your other W9 runs, stay within your comfort zone, get your graduate badge and then decide what, if anything you want to go for next
