I have been out this morning and run for 30 minutes (W9R1). I am excited to have got this far - I know it's what we all say - but I didn't expect to get past about week 3.
This was my hardest run since week 2 - I normally run first thing, and it is normally about 14 to 16deg, and today it was already just going over 20. I managed 3.5k in my 30 minutes, so no chance of getting even over 4 before I graduate, but who cares?!
I have some of the imposter syndrome - other people are runners, not me! - but I am proud of myself. I haven't posted often, but reading everybody's posts and replies is really helpful, and I am not sure I would still be going - so thank you all

Well done. I did my W9R1 this morning too. The heat is horrendous! My breathing was all over the place for most of it but I was determined not to stop until the full 30 mins was up.
I'm glad it's not just me - running and breathing was hard work, and it needed more determination that usual. The increase of 2 minutes seemed much harder than last week's 3 minute increase. Hopefully it is the weather, and we will do the next one more easily!
I’ve checked the weather for next week and it’s looking really warm for my final 2 runs, but hey, if we can graduate in this heat imagine how much better we’ll be in the cooler weather 💪🏅🏃♂️😉
Brilliant job. I definitely have imposter syndrome (actually in many areas of my life LOL)
Running in this heat can be a challenge and I am looking forward to Autumn (how things change), as this is my favourite running season. I can see the graduation podium from here
