Today was apparently a very good day for running. I went out and to my huge surprise I ran a full 30 minutes without walking breaks! As always I took 5 mins walking before and after my run and 30 mins for the run itself. And I did not need a single walking break! Woopwoop!
Now this does not say that I will run 30 mins straight every time from now on. I might very well need 2 walking breaks again on my next run. My body will decide!
And for those interested, in 30 mins I ran 3,29 km.
I am not worrying about the distance, I am a slow runner / slow jogger. Just thought to show others that it is normal not to reach 5K in 30 minutes. Though it is my purpose to reach 5 km one day (but not in 30 minutes of course). My goal is to enjoy myself and to keep wanting to run. And I need to be SLOW to be able to keep wanting to run and to enjoy myself ☺
