30 minutes run!

After graduating, I am doing 2 to 3 30 minutes run per week. Though I finish it non-stop but I am still struggling with it even after so many weeks of continuous run. Not sure if it's normal.

I’m only on week 8 but I heard someone say that it takes about a year to get your running legs! Keep going you’re doing amazingly!

Yep, sounds like you just need to slow down a little until it gets comfortable, it will get easier.

My husbands been running for about 15years and still hates the first half an hour, he has ran marathons and often runs long distances but he says that first half an hour never really gets easier, takes that long for his legs to get warmed up and settle into running

Does it get easier after 30 min? I find first 10 minutes easier and then it starts getting difficult. Sometimes it's more mental exhaustion I think.

Yeah he feels properly warmed up and found his stride by 30mins, i have ran past 30mins a couple of times and found it fairly comfortable, i find it takes me till nearly the end of my run before my legs start to feel comfortable

Today's was most comfortable run for me. I started slower than usual. And I tried to have good breathing rythmn. Also had healthier diet yesterday. But last 5 min were psychologically challenging as I kept looking at watch. i will try next run longer than 30 min.
