I can't believe I am going to attempt the dreaded Week 5 run 3 on Friday. The point where I have failed on 3 previous attempts at couch to 5k. This time I am determined to succeed. Feel very nervous at the jump from 8 mins to 20mins. I have started to do my runs in the morning before work which means me leaving the house at about 5.45am but it does seem to be working better for me.
Wish me luck.

I did it this morning at 5.30am - I was in a dreadful state as couldn’t imagine running for 20mins but I managed it - slow and steady like they say. I always do the runs early sort of sets me up for the day. Sending you lots of positive thoughts, don’t forget to tell how it goes - good luck 😉
Thank you. Well done you I love hearing how well others have done. I felt relief this morning when I woke up thinking it's not today. 😂. Don't know how I will feel tomorrow morning. I intend to go slow and steady. 20 mins feels like so long .
