Just finished Wk5r3 today.....it’s Not a problem honestly 😊. Just have self belief, go slow and have a good play list to listen to. To me the most important thing is positivity that you can do it. If you go out thinking you will fail.... you probably will. So between now and the run, boost up your self confidence, organise your play list and then do it. Trust the programme and yourself. Good luck πŸ€πŸ€πŸ˜ŠπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Slow and steady and one foot in front of the other.... Enjoy!

Start slow, then if you feel then strain, slow down again. You’ll be amazed how slow you can go while still running. And then you can triumphantly speed up a bit when you realise you really are going to do it!! You will. πŸ‘πŸΌ

Well done.

You just did a 21 minute cardio workout. Next one is 20. That’s how your body will see it. Yes, it’s all running, but if you keep it at conversational pace the legs, heart and lungs will love it. So, it’s all in and about the mind. Relax before you run... tell yourself you can do it while in the warmup... start off really slowly and ease into your comfortable pace and you’ll be fine. When your voices in the head try telling you you can’t, answer them back, out loud... tell them you got this... you can do this. Enjoy that run.

Run slower than your last run then if you feel good towards the end speed up a little. You have just run for 16 minutes this run is only 4 minutes more (less than 2 songs). Some of us found running non stop is easier than running and walking then running again. You can do it πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜Š
